Cassell's Hamburgers

Known as one of the original great burger spots in LA, Cassell's Hamburgers is often praised for its expertly-cooked prime U.S.D.A. beef as well as its potato salad. Al Cassell first opened his Cassell's burger joint in 1948. We are excited to be reviving this signature Los Angeles restaurant at Hotel Normandie.

We take pride in providing our customers with clean healthful food made fresh every morning. We strive to preserve the famous "Cassell hamburger" taste. We use quality meats and products and grind our own every morning. We use no spices nor chemicals in our hamburgers. We make our potato salad, 1000 island and roquefort dressing with our own home made mayonnaise.
